Job summary

Pragmatic Semiconductor is seeking a Senior Project Manager to cover maternity leave on a fixed‑term contract of up to 12 months. The role sits in the PMO within the Engineering function in Cambridge.

You will lead complex programmes across internal and external stakeholders, ensuring delivery aligns with business, technical and organisational objectives while maintaining governance and reporting disciplines.

Qualifications

• Senior Project Manager with track record leading complex cross‑functional programmes.
• Experience managing governance, reporting and delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Experience partnering with engineering, product, operations and leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery, from business case to benefits realisation.
• Lead multiple workstreams and ensure alignment to strategic objectives.
• Define scope, schedules, resources and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Maintain governance, risk and change control throughout the lifecycle.
• Provide regular leadership updates, dashboards and escalation as needed.
