Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in planning and direct client engagement.
• Familiar with reinforced concrete frame building techniques.
• Strong understanding of programming techniques and production rates.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Construct and manage integrated master programmes and phase plans.
• Produce programmes for acceptance, lookaheads, dashboards, reports, and narratives.
• Analyse project metrics to track dates in dashboards.
• Support commercial forecasts based on labour/material forecasting with reference to programme.
• Update progress against contract requirements and monitor subcontract programmes.
