Job summary

Network Plus Group is seeking a Project Planner to develop, maintain and manage detailed programmes across multiple contracts while ensuring NEC3/NEC4 compliance. You will work with commercial, operational and delivery teams to create accurate, achievable programmes and provide detailed analysis to support project delivery.

The role requires advanced Primavera P6 and MS Project skills, a strong NEC knowledge base, and the ability to present updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Project Planner, Senior Planner or Project Controls role.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project.
• Comprehensive understanding of NEC3 and NEC4 contracts.
• Detailed knowledge of Clause 32 Programme requirements and NEC contract management.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and monitor detailed project programmes using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Produce baseline programmes and ensure regular progress updates are completed accurately and in line with project requirements.
• Prepare NEC3/NEC4 compliant Clause 32 programmes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Create programme narratives and supporting documentation for submissions and communications.
• Develop cost-loaded and resource-loaded programmes to support forecasting and controls.
• Analyse project performance against milestones and critical path activities.
• Identify risks and delays, developing mitigation and recovery strategies.
• Support commercial team with programme analysis for delay and entitlement claims.
• Present programme reports and planning information to stakeholders.
• Attend progress meetings as a client-facing planning representative.
• Assist in NEC-related contractual matters and change assessments.
