Job summary

Itchyfeet Recruitment Agency is seeking a Fund Administrator to support the administration of private capital structures, funds and corporate entities, working full-time in a client-focused environment.

You will build and maintain relationships with clients and advisors, process company secretarial tasks, and handle fund operations from setup to distributions, while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in funds administration or similar environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively within a team.
• Basic knowledge of AML/KYC legislation and requirements.
• Currently studying towards a chartered secretary/ICSA or chartered accountant.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the administration of private capital structures and associated entities.
• Support establishment of new structures and transition of business.
• Deliver excellent service levels for clients and related parties.
• Maintain client and advisor relationships with knowledge of client structures.
• Handle company secretarial tasks, including board packs and minutes.
• Update and maintain static data for accuracy.
• Manage bookkeeping for fund and corporate structures.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and analyse cash flows.
• Set up entity, investor, and data cards in the accounting system.
• Assist in processing routine fund operations (investor calls/distributions).
• Prepare payment instructions for fund-related expenses.
• Execute and record all transactions and investor records.
• Collaborate with the team and propose solutions to issues.
• Adhere to workflows, policies, and checklists.
