Job summary

Version 1 is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead complex Agile and Hybrid projects from inception through delivery. You will establish strong client relationships, drive opportunities, and ensure projects meet time, budget and quality targets.

You will coordinate across cross-functional teams, manage risks, and report progress to stakeholders, including C-level executives, while mentoring teams in Agile practices and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant industry experience in technical project delivery.
• Led difficult technical projects end-to-end using Agile methodologies.
• Facilitated Agile ceremonies for medium-sized teams.
• Coached teams on Agile practices and driving continuous improvement.
• Knowledge in technology domain and/or industry vertical.
• Agile & Project Management Expertise.
• Facilitation of Agile ceremonies with flexible approach.
• Agile metrics analysis and process optimization.
• Scale Agile across multiple workstreams.
• Manage dependencies and cross-team sprints.
• Backlog management, user story refinement, and acceptance criteria.

• Proven track record facilitating Agile ceremonies for medium-sized teams
• Experience coaching teams on Agile practices and driving continuous improvement
• Specific knowledge in technology domain and/or industry vertical
• Agile & Project Management Expertise
• Expert facilitation of all Agile ceremonies with ability to adapt to team needs
• Strong experience with Agile metrics analysis and process optimization
• Proven ability to scale Agile practices across multiple workstreams
• Experience managing dependencies and coordinating cross-team sprints
• Skilled at backlog management, user story refinement, and acceptance criteria definition
• Track record of improving team velocity and delivery predictability
• Experience with Agile tools and reporting (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps
