Job summary

Version 1 is seeking a delivery manager to lead complex technical projects for global brands. You will actively establish, build and mature relationships with new customers, drive agile or hybrid delivery forward on time, to budget and with top quality, and manage scope, RAID risks and governance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of delivery experience, proven ability to facilitate agile ceremonies, and strong stakeholder management across diverse audiences including C‑level executives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of delivery experience in technical projects.
• Led complex agile projects end-to-end.
• Facilitated agile ceremonies for medium-sized teams.
• Coached teams on agile practices and continuous improvement.
• Experience with dependency management and cross-team coordination.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Standard Delivery Manager duties including project scope, detailed project work-plan, RAID analysis, governance, documentation and risk management

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant industry experience in technical project delivery
• Successfully led difficult technical projects end-to-end using Agile methodologies
• Proven track record facilitating Agile ceremonies for medium-sized teams
• Experience coaching teams on Agile practices and driving continuous improvement
• Specific knowledge in technology domain and/or industry vertical
• Agile & Project Management Expertise
• Expert facilitation of all Agile ceremonies with ability to adapt to team needs
• Strong experience with Agile metrics analysis and process optimization
• Proven ability to scale Agile practices across multiple workstreams
• Experience managing dependencies and coordinating cross-team sprints
• Skilled at backlog management, user story refinement, and acceptance criteria definition
• Track record of improving team velocity and delivery predictability
• Experience with Agile tools and reporting (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps
