Contract Senior BI Analyst - Travel Industry - Immediate Start - 3-month contract with possible extension - London Kings Cross (Hybrid)
• Tableau and exceptional SQL skills

Working for the world's largest online ferry travel agent, an international business with over 20 different language sites, selling 4000+ routes and working with ferry operators across the globe.

Working closely with the Marketing, Commercial, and Product teams, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a range of self-serve reports to provide insights and drive better business decisions and outcomes.

This role will report to the Head of Data Science.

Duties

• Develop and maintain core business KPI reporting dashboards.
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to identify key reporting needs.
• Create dashboards and visualizations using Tableau.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Look for opportunities to improve our existing reporting.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.
• Ad hoc analysis.

Skills

• Significant experience developing reports in a BI tool, with Tableau essential.
• Advanced SQL skills, with experience working with large-scale customer databases. Exposure to clickstream and Google PPC data is preferable.
• A confident communicator.
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment.
• A self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Maintains a strong eye for detail and possesses excellent critical thinking skills.
• Previous experience working in an ecommerce/digital business is preferable.
