The role blends field-based activity (site visits, merchandising, trade shows) with office duties (order processing, customer care, cross-functional coordination) to deliver a smooth service for commercial customers.

• Exemplary communication and negotiation skills.
• Sales experience in B2B and B2C environments.
• Full driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Providing sales support across multiple channels (B2B and B2C), including commercial and retail sales assistance
• Identifying and onboarding new commercial customers
• Raising quotes, sales orders and factory orders
• Resolving customer issues and providing ongoing customer service support
• Supporting trade sales with customer training, merchandising and store visits
• Coordinating closely with Sales, Customer Service, Trade Account Managers, Logistics and Dropship teams
• Assisting with showroom and trade show administration
• Supporting trade hospitality events
