Outsource UK in Manchester is seeking a Contract Recruitment Delivery Consultant / Account Manager to support a portfolio of clients across STEM and professional services. You will blend candidate delivery, account management and contractor care to drive commercial growth in a hybrid Manchester role.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within contract recruitment, delivery, account management or recruitment operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver contract recruitment assignments across technology, engineering, IT and professional services markets.
• Manage client relationships and understand hiring requirements.
• Grow existing accounts through proactive account management and new opportunities.
• Source, screen, interview and qualify contract professionals.
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment from briefing to placement.
• Oversee contractor onboarding, compliance and engagement.
• Handle contract extensions, renewals and rate negotiations.
• Support day-to-day contract recruitment operations and service delivery.
