Job summary

Pertemps Bond is seeking a Contract Consultant in Coleshill, near Birmingham. The role involves supporting candidates through recruitment and onboarding, and collaborating with the contract team during a busy recruitment period.

The position is temporary (up to 4 months) with a 37.5-hour week, starting ASAP. Full training will be provided, and a full driving licence/access to own transport is essential due to location.

Responsibilities

• Support candidate attraction, recruitment, onboarding and compliance activities.
• Act as the first point of contact for candidate enquiries.
• Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure an excellent candidate experience.
• Use a range of sourcing techniques to attract and engage suitable candidates.
• Maintain effective communication between candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure candidate records and recruitment systems are updated accurately and efficiently.
• Support the team in meeting recruitment targets and contractual requirements.
