Job summary

Pertemps is seeking a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to support a large-scale recruitment campaign in Coleshill, Birmingham. You will assist with candidate attraction, onboarding and compliance, and act as the first point of contact for candidate inquiries.

No prior recruitment experience is required; full training and ongoing support are provided to help you gain valuable skills in recruitment and customer service.

Qualifications

• Confidence using Microsoft Office and other IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Supporting candidate attraction, recruitment, onboarding and compliance activities.
• Acting as the first point of contact for candidate enquiries.
• Assisting with end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure an excellent candidate experience.
• Using a range of sourcing techniques to attract and engage suitable candidates.
• Maintaining effective communication between candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Ensuring candidate records and recruitment systems are updated accurately and efficiently.
• Supporting the team in meeting recruitment targets and contractual requirements.
