Job summary

Precision People UK is seeking a Contract Recruitment Consultant for M&E/Technical roles in the East Midlands. The role offers £35,000 basic with monthly commissions and every other Friday off, plus a warm base of clients and live requirements from day one.

You will recruit contractors in M&E, building services, H&S, facilities and related technical sectors, developing strong candidate pools and expanding existing client relationships into repeat business.

Qualifications

• Proven recruitment experience, ideally in contract recruitment.
• Experience building candidate pools and client relationships.
• Strong telephone and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit contractors across M&E, building services, H&S and facilities.
• Build local talent pools by skill set and location.
• Maintain regular contact with contractors about availability and movement.
• Develop warm client relationships and identify upcoming projects and hiring needs.
• Manage the full recruitment process from attraction to onboarding and care.
• Grow desk through excellent service and consistent follow-up.
