What you’ll be doing:

• Running a 360 desk – owning both client and candidate sides of the contract recruitment process.
• Winning new business and growing your own portfolio of accounts.
• Delivering high-quality contract talent across Data, Tech, and AI projects.
• Managing multiple roles and projects with urgency, accuracy, and speed.
• Becoming a go-to expert for clients who need specialist contract solutions.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in contract recruitment, ideally within tech, data, or digital markets.
• A strong sales mentality – proactive, persuasive, and commercially sharp.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment with real autonomy.
• Based ideally in Scotland’s Central Belt – but we’re open to top performers near Manchester or London.
• Energy, resilience, and a genuine interest in the future of tech talent.
