MBN Solutions is growing again – and we’re looking for an AI Recruiter to join our high-performing team. If you're commercially driven, passionate about tech, and thrive in a sales-focused environment, this could be your next big move.

What you’ll be doing:

• Owning the full recruitment cycle: business development, client management, and candidate delivery.
• Winning new business and growing existing accounts in the AI and Data space.
• Building long-term partnerships with some of the UK’s most innovative companies.
• Sourcing and placing world-class AI and Machine Learning talent.
• Becoming a trusted expert in a rapidly evolving tech landscape.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in tech recruitment (AI/Data is a big plus).
• A natural salesperson – confident, resilient, and commercially sharp.
• Someone who gets the importance of relationships, not just transactions.
• Based ideally in Scotland’s Central Belt – but we’re open to strong candidates near Manchester or London too.
• Hunger, curiosity, and a real interest in how AI is shaping the world.
