Job summary

Curo Resourcing Ltd is seeking a Contracts Project Manager to support the delivery of the contract management framework. The role is hybrid, combining remote work with onsite London Blackfriars.

You will work with the UK Head of Contract Management and cross-functional teams to draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, maintain project documentation and support governance.

The assignment runs for around 200 days starting September 2026, with a day rate up to £410 and outside IR35.

Responsibilities

• Support to the UK Head of Contract Management, including admin support and reporting objectives.
• Draft, review and support negotiation of NDAs, contract changes and other commercial agreements.
• Coordinate meetings and workshops, prepare presentations, board packs and training materials.
• Assist delivery of the contract management framework project with materials and progress tracking.
• Manage contract lifecycle processes, including metadata transfer, uploads and records maintenance.
• Collaborate with legal, commercial, finance and operations to ensure accurate contract data.

Our enterprise client is looking for a Contracts Project Manager to support the delivery of effective contract management across the business, providing commercial, governance and legal operations support while contributing to the successful delivery of the contract management framework project.

Start Date: September 2026
Duration: 200 days
Pay Rate: Up to £410/day
IR35 Status: Outside
Location: Hybrid (remote and London Blackfriars)

Key Responsibilities:

• Support to the UK Head of Contract Management, including administrative support and contribution to function objectives, priorities and reporting requirements.
• Draft, review and support the negotiation of NDAs, contract changes, contractual correspondence and other commercial agreements.
• Support governance, business and team activities by organising meetings and workshops, and preparing presentations, board pack content and training materials as required.
• Support the delivery of the contract management framework project by preparing materials, coordinating inputs, tracking progress and maintaining clear project documentation.
• Manage contract lifecycle management processes, including metadata transfer, contract uploads, records maintenance and associated administrative controls.
• Collaborate with legal, commercial, finance and operational stakeholders to ensure contract information is accurate, accessible and aligned with business requirements.
