Job summary

Culina Group is seeking a highly organised Contract Manager & Project Support Professional to join our team at either Appleton or Carlisle. The role combines contract management with project support across motorsport events, exhibitions and customer engagements, supporting EDF network operations in Carlisle and Special Operations initiatives.

You will liaise with Legal, Procurement, Finance and Operations teams, managing multiple priorities, building strong customer relationships and promoting

Qualifications

• Experience in contract management, project coordination, logistics or operations.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in logistics, events, motorsport, or transport sectors is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and contractual obligations.
• Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor contract performance, renewals and key deliverables.
• Support project managers with planning, reporting, documentation and coordination.
• Track project timelines, resources, budgets and action plans.
• Organise meetings and maintain accurate project records.
• Liaise with Legal, Procurement, Finance and Operations teams as required.
• Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, delivering a professional and customer-focused service.
• Support account management activities, identifying opportunities to strengthen customer partnerships and enhance service delivery.
