Job summary

Focus Group is seeking a Contracts Administrator - Contract Processing Agent in Exeter. The role sits in a hybrid setup (HQ Exeter, 4 days in office, 1 from home after probation) with a starting salary of £25,000 plus a performance-based annual bonus.

You will manage contracts and documentation for customer off-boarding, ensuring accuracy and a positive customer impression. You’ll join a busy Customer Loyalty team, supporting seamless processing, effective communication, and collaborative

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced admin or processing environment.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple steps of a process simultaneously.
• Strong time management and organisational abilities.
• Proven ability to work independently with accuracy and persistence.
• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for getting things right.
• Capable of solving problems and suggesting improvements where needed.
• Competency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook, and Word).
