Job summary

Legal & General Affordable Homes is seeking a Contract Coordinator to support the delivery of outsourced housing management services across a growing portfolio. This 12-month fixed-term contract focuses on ensuring high-quality service delivery and robust management of supplier relationships.

You will coordinate reporting cycles, support contract managers and finance, and help onboard new homes while maintaining accurate records and delivering excellent customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent qualification required.
• Experience building relationships with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating across organisations.
• Experience with suppliers or third-party providers.
• Interest in customer experience and outcomes.
• Strong organisational skills and deadlines.
• Proactive and adaptable with strong communication.
• Interest in affordable housing sector.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for contract queries from Management Providers and Suppliers.
• Coordinate performance reporting cycles, site visits and meetings.
• Support Contract Managers and Finance with reporting, payments and deadlines.
• Produce performance analysis and highlight risks and strengths.
• Coordinate contract changes and maintain records.
• Assist onboarding of new homes with data sharing.
• Manage invoicing and purchase order processes.
• Assist re-sales and staircasing approvals to deliver good customer experience.
