Job summary

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development is recruiting an Assistant Analyst to support a range of middle and back-office tasks linked to Banking origination, portfolio teams and Treasury interfaces.

Responsibilities include processing disbursements, reviewing legal documentation, and managing covenant reporting across a portfolio of deals. Strong English communication and teamwork are essential in our global environment.

Qualifications

• University educated, or equivalent work experience.
• General banking, legal and credit skills.
• Experience with Summit, Frameworks, SAP, Debt Domain and SWIFT systems advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Strong team player with attention to detail and ability to prioritise.

Responsibilities

• Execute operational processes for middle and back office activities.
• Maintain timeliness, quality and customer satisfaction in operations.
• Respond to operational queries promptly and clearly.
• Coordinate with departments to manage project risks and decisions.
• Support portfolio of projects with reporting, data management and covenant dissemination.
• Provide capacity to ensure service levels are met amid deadlines.
