Job summary

Deutsche Bank in London seeks an Analyst/Associate to join the Europe, Middle East & Africa Leveraged Debt Capital Markets Transaction Coordination Group. You will coordinate the deal lifecycle from origination to closing, ensuring KYC compliance and alignment with internal policies.

You will work with LDCM deal teams across the region, manage documentation, funding, and approvals, and contribute to regulatory reporting and efficiency initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in Leveraged Finance and loan/bond transactions; KYC and AFC exposure preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to multi-task to tight deadlines.
• Team player with problem-solving and proactive attitude.
• European language skills (French, German, Italian or others) are a plus.
• Degree level education or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate live transaction lifecyle, closing senior facilities and high-yield bonds.
• Lead KYC, funding, closing, and legal documentation reviews per policy.
• Manage LDCM portfolio hold position from booking to termination/refinancing.
• Contribute to ad-hoc LDCM projects to improve efficiency.
• Produce reporting for regulatory bodies.
• Support initiatives to enhance controls and efficiency.
