THE ROLE


This is an exciting opportunity to join WiseEnergy’s Commercial & ESG team to refine our renewable energy asset management services and systems. We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Analyst / Assistant Commercial Manager to strengthen our UK team, build efficiencies, and transform ways of working. Each day will be different, from managing SPV revenues, contracts, and client interactions to insurance renewals and claims management, alongside providing regulatory support and ESG delivery to assets in the UK.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


This will be an integral role in the WiseEnergy team, including:

  1. Management of energy sales (Power Purchase Agreements) with off-takers and UK government incentive schemes (e.g., ROC / FIT).
  2. Contract management, including renewals, tendering, issuing notices, obligations, etc., related to individual solar farm companies (SPA, Lease, PPA, O&M, EPC, etc.) and understanding lender requirements associated with contracts.
  3. Supporting management of regulatory audits.
  4. Monthly, quarterly, and annual client reporting.
  5. Ensuring compliance with environmental, social, governance (ESG), and community relations obligations and requirements.
