Contract Manager

Up to £42,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits (DOE)

Location: West Midlands

We have an exciting opportunity for a Contract Manager to lead the delivery of multiple projects with a fast-growing commercial landscaping and fencing company based in the West Midlands and covering central England.

This is a highly varied role and will require previous proven experience of contract/operational management in a grounds related sector.

You will successfully manage all assigned projects day to day from initial planning through to completion by liaising with clients, planning resources and managing on-site activities alongside a Project Coordinator. A strong background in a similar environment is essential as well as an excellent understanding of health and safety conformance. The role requires a driving license.
