We’re looking for a Contract Manager. Based at our Paddington location, you’ll manage a portion of the Urenco Group’s sales contracts (responsible for contracts covering approximately 1/3 of Urenco’s ?20bn+ order book). Collaborating with sales, production and logistics teams you will work to ensure timely contract performance, optimise the contracts, minimise risk and maximise value to the company while delivering customer satisfaction. In partnership with the sales team you will help support and develop long term business relations with existing and future customers (some travel required), while developing an in depth knowledge of your customer portfolio to inform business planning and forecasting.

What you’ll do
  • Responsible for managing Urenco’s performance of allocated contracts. Operationalize Urenco’s orderbook by managing the entire SAP order to cash process for designated utility customers.
  • Act as primary customer contact for operational matters, managing customer notices and feedback.
  • Support designated sales manager in development and management of relationships with designated utility customers. Partnering with the sales managers to identify solutions to commercial challenges, and supporting review of draft contracts.
  • Management of requirements for physical customer deliveries, coordinating production site and central teams along with external counterparties to ensure timelines are met. Includes export licensing and other regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain contract data to provide timely reporting to internal stakeholders to inform demand, revenue and cash planning.
What do you need to thrive in this role?
  • Experience of management of high value, complex long term contracts
  • Experience of delivery management and logistics (high value goods and regulated supply chains) desirable.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Knowledge of SAP or equivalent enterprise resource planning system.
  • Commercially minded with high attention to detail
  • Experienced in the use of MS Office with a good proficiency in MS Excel
