Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Contract Manager for our water operations to oversee two sites and travel bi-monthly to Gibraltar, with £700k P&L responsibility to drive financial and operational performance.

You will lead a dedicated team, manage client relationships, deliver performance reports to management and clients, ensure water quality and health & safety compliance, and track milestones, variations, and contract amendments to meet objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar contract management role.
• Knowledge of water operations and water quality.
• Experience in senior/complex maintenance roles.
• Contract management experience within the water industry.
• Familiarity with Gibraltar (desirable).

• Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
• Willingness to travel bi-monthly to Gibraltar.

Responsibilities

• Conduct bi-monthly face-to-face client meetings
• Provide training and manage health and safety

• Process invoicing and payment activities
• Manage commercial performance against budget targets with £700k P&L responsibility
• Manage contract amendments, variations, and change orders
• Conduct performance reviews and audits
• Support regional growth projects
• Ensure water quality compliance and health and safety requirements
• Maintain contract documentation and audit trails
