Job summary

Veolia seeks a Contract Manager to lead the Gibraltar water contract and support regional growth across the South Region. You will oversee operational delivery, manage a dedicated team, sustain strong client relationships and ensure full compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

You’ll prepare performance reports, handle invoicing and change management, drive improvements, monitor milestones, and contribute to health, safety and quality standards while coordinating bi-monthly

Qualifications

• Proven Track Record: Experience in a similar contract management role.
• Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of water operations and water quality.
• Senior Maintenance Background: Experience in senior/complex maintenance roles.
• Water Industry Expertise: Contract management experience within the water industry.
• Local Knowledge: Familiarity with Gibraltar.
• Organisational Values Alignment: Demonstrate Deliver, Teamwork, Focus, Measure, Empowerment, Truth, and Innovation.

Responsibilities

• Preparing performance reports for management and clients.
• Managing the Gibraltar water contract to ensure all objectives are met.
• Overseeing operational and maintenance activities across 2 sites.
• Conducting bi-monthly face-to-face meetings with clients.
• Managing team performance, training, and health & safety.
• Tracking contract milestones, deadlines and deliverables.
• Processing invoicing and payment activities.
• Commercial management to meet budget targets (£700k P&L responsibility).
• Managing contract amendments, variations and change orders.
• Conducting performance reviews and audits.
• Supporting growth projects within the region.
• Ensuring water quality compliance and health & safety requirements.
• Maintaining contract documentation and audit trails.

Contract Manager - Water Industry

Location: Tidworth / Aldermarston covering the South Region, with bi monthly travel to Gibraltar

Salary: Upto £55,000 plus car / car allowance & Veolia Benefits

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
