Job summary

CK Contractors North East Ltd in Sunderland is seeking an experienced business development professional to drive growth by bringing in new opportunities and contracts across the North East.

You'll leverage existing connections, build relationships with main contractors, housing associations and commercial clients, and lead proposals, pricing, and project scoping to support our expansion plans. A proven network and ambitious mindset are essential.
