Role


  • Roving Contract Manager responsible for overseeing contracts across multiple sites

  • Ensure service delivery meets client requirements

  • Manage engineering teams and subcontractors

  • Full P&L accountability for a portfolio of sites

  • Build and maintain client relationships

  • Drive business growth within existing accounts

  • Oversee staff onboarding, training, and development

  • Adhere to health & safety regulations and company policies


What our client is looking for


  • 3 years contract management experience ESSENTIAL

  • Level 4 qualification in related field ESSENTIAL

  • Strong leadership and team management skills ESSENTIAL

  • Experience managing multi-disciplined maintenance services ESSENTIAL

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills ESSENTIAL

  • IOSH Managing Safely (or similar) DESIRABLE

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office ESSENTIAL

  • Full UK Driving Licence ESSENTIAL
