Build Recruitment is representing a client, a leading building solutions company, seeking a Roving Contract Manager to work across Yorkshire, the North West, and the Midlands.

Role
- Roving Contract Manager responsible for overseeing contracts across multiple sites
- Ensure service delivery meets client requirements
- Manage engineering teams and subcontractors
- Full P&L accountability for a portfolio of sites
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Drive business growth within existing accounts
- Oversee staff onboarding, training, and development
- Adhere to health & safety regulations and company policies
What our client is looking for
- 3 years contract management experience ESSENTIAL
- Level 4 qualification in related field ESSENTIAL
- Strong leadership and team management skills ESSENTIAL
- Experience managing multi-disciplined maintenance services ESSENTIAL
- Excellent communication and organisational skills ESSENTIAL
- IOSH Managing Safely (or similar) DESIRABLE
- Proficient in Microsoft Office ESSENTIAL
- Full UK Driving Licence ESSENTIAL
