Mitie has a brand new opportunity for an enthusiastic Contract Manager to join our team at Pladis, a confectionery company based in Leicester.

Main Duties:

• Assist in achieving long-term objectives with the existing client
• Maintain and audit key operational documentation such as cleaning schedules, risk assessments, instruction cards, and training records
• Oversee training requirements of service and supervisory staff, providing support for training and development needs
• Ensure all aspects of the hygiene service meet the required standards
• Conduct compliance audits and inspections of internal hygiene standards and documentation
• Be flexible and adaptable to changes in regional business requirements
• Manage contract operations and one-off work in line with company procedures, overseeing assets and facilities
• Manage hygiene hours and ensure all expenditure is authorized and recorded
