My client is one of the largest specialised home adaptation companies in the UK. They help the elderly and less able to maintain independent living by offering a comprehensive range of adaptations in the home.
JOB PURPOSE
Due to ongoing growth and new work streams, we re seeking an experienced Contract Manager. You ll work independently and within the contracts team, handling tenders, pricing from Schedules of Rates (SORs), and producing specifications. You'll also create CAD Designs and (CAD experience is a plus, but training can be provided) collaborate with Supervisors and admin staff is essential to ensure client needs are met.
