ReGen Solutions in East London is seeking an experienced Repairs Contract Manager to oversee our disrepair and maintenance operations in the social housing division. You will drive high-quality service delivery, ensure robust financial performance, and uphold strict health and safety standards.

This role covers contract mobilization through to day-to-day KPI management, with a focus on profitability, compliance, and efficient procurement.

Responsibilities

• Contract & Operations Management: Lead contract mobilization phases and ensure the efficient, day-to-day delivery of maintenance services.
• Financial & Commercial Acumen: Monitor contract profitability, utilise Schedule of Rates (SOR) codes, and assist with pricing works to remain profitable.
• Performance & KPIs: Manage, track, and report on contract KPIs to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.
• Compliance & Legislation: Translate housing maintenance and property management legislation into practical practices.
• SHEQ Leadership: Uphold high Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality awareness across contracts and sites.
• Procurement: Navigate and support the housing sector's procurement processes.
• Industry knowledge: Strong repairs and disrepair background within social housing maintenance.
• Operational Capability: Proven track record in contract mobilizations and KPI delivery.
• Procurement Knowledge: Familiarity with housing sector procurement lifecycle.
• Safety Conscious: High level of SHEQ awareness and safe-working practices.
• Understanding legislation: Translate current housing maintenance legislation into operational practice.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced a Contract Manager to oversee our disrepair and maintenance operations in the social housing division. Operating out of our head office in East London, you will be responsible for driving high-quality service delivery, ensuring robust financial performance, and maintaining exceptional health and safety standards. This role requires a strategic thinker who can seamlessly transition from high-level contract mobilization to day-to-day KPI management.

Key Responsibilities

• Contract & Operations Management: Lead contract mobilization phases and ensure the efficient, effective day-to-day delivery of maintenance services.
• Financial & Commercial Acumen: Monitor contract profitability, utilize Schedule of Rates (SOR) codes, and assist with pricing works to ensure delivery remains at profitable levels while maximizing "Best Value."
• Performance & KPIs: Manage, track, and report on contract-specific KPIs to ensure service delivery meets or exceeds client expectations.
• Compliance & Legislation: Translate housing maintenance and property management legislation into practical, on-the-ground working practices.
• SHEQ Leadership: Uphold a high level of Safety, Health, Environmental, and Quality (SHEQ) awareness across all managed contracts and sites.
• Procurement: Navigate and support the housing sector's procurement processes efficiently.
• Industry knowledge: Strong repairs and disrepair background with an understanding of all aspects of social housing day to day maintenance.
• Operational Capability: Proven track record in undertaking successful contract mobilizations and managing delivery KPIs.
