Contract Manager – Commercial Maintenance – City of London / Kent - 75k + package

One of the established names in the commercial building maintenance industry is looking to recruit a Contract Manager to oversee two high-end blue-chip commercial buildings; one based in the City of London and one on the Kent coast.

They are seeking a Contract Manager who can provide first-class customer service, and who can organise, manage, and motivate their team.

The role initially involves splitting the week between the City of London (three days) and Kent (two days). This setup may change over time, but for those based in Kent, it offers a good balance of working in and out of London.

The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8-5. The main duties include:

• Ensuring high client satisfaction, leading to contract development and increased responsibilities.
• Maintaining a thorough understanding of the contract to meet and exceed contractual levels, and presenting this knowledge in monthly internal reviews with senior management.
• Meeting contractual KPIs / SLAs.
• Attending strategic contractual and operational meetings with the client weekly or as required.
• Successfully completing reactive and PPM work orders to ensure timely completion, meeting KPIs and SLAs.
• Providing leadership and management to the site team as needed.

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Recognised apprenticeship and full electrical or mechanical qualification at a recognised level (e.g., C&G, HNC/HND).
• Proven experience managing mobile business operations.
• A strong, committed team player capable of prioritising and solving problems under pressure, utilising innovative solutions.
• Committed to working in a quality and professional environment.
• Strong people management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
