Build Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead passive fire protection projects across the UK, based in the West Midlands. The role involves ownership from pre-start to completion, ensuring safety, programme adherence and budget control while delivering high standards.

You will manage multiple projects valued between £2m-£4m, lead site teams and subcontractors, maintain commercial oversight, and build strong client and supplier relationships.

Qualifications

• Background in passive fire protection, within housing or commercial environments.
• Strong technical knowledge of fire doors, fire stopping and compartmentation systems.
• Experience managing large-scale projects with multiple workstreams.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a growing specialist contractor delivering high-profile passive fire protection projects across the UK.

This role offers the chance to take ownership of multiple large-scale projects within residential, commercial, and public sector environments, working with a business known for quality, compliance, and technical excellence.

You'll be responsible for managing projects from pre-start through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards across fire doors, fire stopping, and compartmentation systems.
