I’m recruiting for a Contracts & Commercial Manager to join a world-class aerospace manufacturing company. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset to manage contracts across customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

Monday to Thursday, 8:00am – 5:00pm, Friday, 8:00am – 1:00pm

Job Description
  • Lead the review, drafting, and negotiation of NDAs, customer RFPs, supplier contracts, and amendments, ensuring alignment with commercial goals.
  • Support bid activity, working with sales and commercial teams to develop competitive proposals and contract strategies.
  • Manage contract lifecycles—including renewals, updates, and maintaining clear summaries—ensuring internal visibility and version control.
  • Provide commercial analysis, including pricing reviews, risk assessments, and support during disputes or claims.
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and customer flow-down terms through regular audits and document control.
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
  • Proven experience in contracts or commercial roles, ideally within aerospace or manufacturing.
  • Confident negotiator with a keen interest in developing contract drafting skills.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to build trust across teams and clients.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office; experience with SharePoint is a bonus.
