The SHDF project aims to enhance the quality and sustainability of social housing by improving standards and implementing energy-saving solutions for the community, thereby driving energy efficiency and improving residents' living conditions.
About the Role:
The Contract Manager will work within our planned works team to ensure the delivery of a stable and profitable contract, providing excellent service and support through our local teams, who understand the importance of working together for the community.
The role involves supporting the General Manager in delivering high-quality capital and programmed works and/or built environment services to housing client properties. The Contract Manager will ensure teams operate to Mears standards and deliver top-tier customer service while adhering to safety, quality, and cost standards related to budget, profitability, and resource deployment.
Role Criteria:
Candidates must have the right to work in the UK; Mears does not sponsor visas. To drive a Mears vehicle, candidates must be over 21, have held a license for over 3 months, and have fewer than 9 points. All roles are subject to DBS/security checks.
