• 5+ years’ experience in the contracts recruitment market
• 2+ years’ experience managing teams, with a track record of developing consultants and building successful desks.
• Strong commercial instincts and the ability to grow a division with full support from the business.
• A collaborative, strategic mindset – you'll be part of our Senior Leadership Team, playing a key role in shaping Daksta's future.

• Lead and grow the contracts division across our core verticals.
• Attract, develop and retain high-performing recruiters.
• Build long-term client relationships and scalable solutions.
• Work closely with SLT to drive growth and innovation across the business.
