Job summary

TM Green Group, a leading groundworks and civil engineering contractor, seeks an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple live schemes across the Redditch region, delivering safely, on programme and within budget.

You will manage site teams, subcontractors and client relationships, drive programme delivery, monitor performance, and produce regular reports for senior leadership, with long-term progression within the growing contractor.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within groundworks or civil engineering.
• Experience delivering residential, industrial, infrastructure, or commercial projects.
• Excellent leadership and operational management skills.
• Strong understanding of construction programmes and sequencing.
• Commercial awareness and ability to manage project performance.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications preferred.

The Role:

The Contracts Manager will take responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple live projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You will oversee operational teams, site management, subcontractors, and client relationships while driving performance across all phases of delivery.
