Are you an experienced Contracts Manager, Delivery Manager or Construction Manager looking for your next challenge? We're seeking a proactive Contract Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of repairs, maintenance and refurbishment contracts across Belfast. You'll manage supervisors and site teams, oversee budgets, build strong client relationships and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to the highest standards.

What you'll bring:

• NVQ Level 5/6 (or equivalent) in Construction Management, Site Supervision or a related discipline.
• SMSTS and Black/White CSCS Manager Card.
• Experience managing construction, repairs or maintenance contracts.
• Strong leadership, commercial and client management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety and construction best practice.
