Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is seeking a Contracts Manager (M&E) to lead high-value building services projects in Antrim. Role is predominantly on-site with a company car or car allowance, 60k-70k salary, and strong progression opportunities.

You will manage 1–2 contracts, oversee financials, liaise with Design/QS/Procurement, and be the main client contact for the duration of the project.

Qualifications

• Experience as Contracts Manager or Project Manager in Building Services.
• Familiar with M&E projects and client liaison.
• Willing to commute to site in Derry/Londonderry and office in Newtownabbey.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full contract lifecycle on site from award to completion.
• Manage contract finances, subcontracts, and change control.
• Coordinate with Design, QS, and Procurement teams and act as client single point of contact.

Are you a Contracts Manager or Project Manager from a Building Services or M&E background looking to take ownership of high-value projects while enjoying a company car, flexible working, and genuine long-term career progression?

This is a great opportunity to join a leading nationwide Mechanical and Electrical building services for the industrial and commercial industries. They design, manufacture, install and maintain building services and after continued growth and new contracts, they are looking for a Contract Manager to lead these new projects.

In this role you will primarily be working on site with their new contract at a date centre. You will be assigned 1 or 2 contracts and be responsible for managing the project lifecycle through to completion. This includes managing the financial aspect of the contract, working closely with other departments (Design, QS, Procurement), managing contractors and being to point of contact for clients.

This role would suit a Contracts Manager or Project Manager within the Building Services looking join a company with a steady pipeline of projects offering fantastic progression.

The Role:

• Manage your own diary, setting up meetings and appointments
• Manage subcontractors and lease with other departments
• Mainly onsite looking after the full contract and project lifecycle
• Mon-Thurs (8am-5pm, 2:30pm finish on Friday)
• Company car or car allowance
