Qualifications

• Experience in electrical or mechanical engineering required.
• NVQ Level 3 or higher in Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong H&S knowledge and familiarity with manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and servicing of machinery, site equipment, and utilities.
• Utilize planning/maintenance software for accurate record-keeping.
• Involvement in project work and health and safety monitoring.
• Ensure safe isolation of machinery.

Rotating 12 hour Shifts

On going contract work potential of long term.

I am looking to recruit a Maintenance Engineer for a leading FMCG client. You will be tasked with maintenance of electro-mechanical systems using root cause analysis skills to identify and rectify issues.

Day to day duties;

• Maintenance and Servicing of machinery, site equipment and utilities.
• Work with planning/maintenance software ensuring records are maintained accurately.
• Be involved with project work.
• Health and Safety monitoring to ensure compliance.
• Safe isolation of machinery.

Requirements;

• Electrical or Mechanical engineering experience
• Ideally NVQ 3 or higher in an Engineering subject.
• Good H&S Knowledge
• Preventitive and planned maintenance knowledge
• Manufacturing/FMCG experience.
