Job summary

One to One personnel Limited is seeking a Contracts Logistics Operator in Basildon to support day-to-day warehouse operations for Contract Logistics customers. The role involves goods receipt, put-away, order processing, picking/packing and dispatch, with a focus on accurate, timely delivery and SLA adherence.

You will work 7am–4pm, Monday to Friday, with a starting salary of £30,000 and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Professional and confident communication with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
• Good computer skills including Microsoft Office and warehouse/logistics systems.
• Experience using CargoWise or similar WM systems is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to prioritise and manage workload to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support daily warehouse operations for Contract Logistics customers, including goods receipt and put-away, order processing, picking and packing, dispatch and shipment preparation.
• Maintain accurate daily operational updates for customers and record tasks in line with SLAs.
• Ensure orders, goods receipts and dispatches are processed accurately and timely.
• Perform stock adjustments, movements and checks using CargoWise.
