Energia Group is seeking a Workday CLM Administrator to lead design, configuration, testing, deployment and ongoing management of an AI-enabled CLM platform within Project Prime. Energia is undertaking a major transformation programme, Project Prime, to implement Workday Financials, Strategic Sourcing and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM). The Workday CLM Administrator will play a critical role in the successful design, configuration, testing, deployment, and ongoing management of the AI enabled CLM platform which will systemise how Energia sources, onboards third party suppliers and manages third party contracts.
The successful candidate will act as the primary CLM system specialist throughout the programme, working closely with Workstream Delivery Leads and wider Project Team, Implementation Partners, Procurement, Legal, Finance, IT, and stakeholders from across the organisation to establish a modern digital capabilities across sourcing and contract management. Following go-live, the role will transition into the enduring support organisation and will be responsible for platform administration, continuous improvement, user support, release management, contract intelligence capabilities, and AI model optimisation.
