Job summary

Incora is seeking a Contract Integration Project Lead on a fixed-term basis for 12 months. You will be responsible for the integration and execution of new contracts, coordinating supply-chain activities, and ensuring go-live dates are met across the EMEA region.

The role requires strong communication, ERP experience, and the ability to travel as needed. Hybrid or remote working options are available, with a starting salary of £35,000 per annum depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing role with project management to deadlines.
• Experience using ERP systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable leading update meetings with stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with AI tools (Copilot).

Responsibilities

• Lead on one larger contract integration project and support wider team on others.
• Coordinate supply-chain planning and ensure ordering, delivery and setup are processed correctly.
• Provide regular detailed implementations reports to management and stakeholders.
• Track progress on new contracts and present updates in appropriate forums.
• Liaise with customer and internal teams to meet go-live dates.
