Introduction

TLT is seeking an Interim ERP Project Manager to support the implementation of a new ERP System, ensuring stakeholder needs are met. This role entails managing the project end-to-end, with a proven track record in ERP project management and a strong technical understanding of ERP systems. Experience managing complex digital projects to delivery and training others on project documentation and processes is essential. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly at the board level, are required.

The role requires some office attendance in Bristol or nearby. Experience in Legal Services is advantageous.

This position is on a day rate basis via an Umbrella company, with potential for more permanent opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning and Management: Develop and oversee project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
2. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
3. Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate project team members, consultants, and business users, clarifying roles and responsibilities.
4. System Implementation: Manage installation, configuration, data migration, and testing of the ERP system, ensuring it meets organizational requirements and integrates with existing systems.
5. Training and Support: Oversee end-user training and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting.
6. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: Relevant Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are preferred.
• Experience: Proven ERP project management experience, with familiarity with systems like SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Skills: Strong project management, communication, interpersonal skills, and technical knowledge of ERP systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with change management and process improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with data migration and system integration.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
