Job summary

Reed is seeking an experienced Early Years Lecturer for a temporary contract in South East London. You will teach students from Level 1 to Level 3 and work with the Curriculum Manager to grow the department.

The role involves delivering high-quality education, sharing industry experience, and inspiring learners to pursue their career goals. Start ASAP and engagement in marketing activities may be required.

Qualifications

• Proven teaching experience in early years or relevant industry experience.
• GCSE or equivalent Level 2 literacy and numeracy.
• Qualified FE teacher or willingness to work towards this qualification.
• Excellent communication and administration skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach early years courses to Level 1–3 students.
• Collaborate with Curriculum Manager to expand and develop the department.
• Inspire students and help them achieve career and life ambitions.
• Promote courses and participate in marketing events.
