Job summary

Rullion Ltd is advertising a contract role for a Document Author supporting the Pre-Operations team at the HPC project site. You will develop operational documentation through all lifecycle stages, ensuring alignment with standards and user-friendly formats.

The role focuses on writing, editing and reviewing procedures, work instructions and forms, plus collaboration with translators and internal stakeholders. On-site deployment at multiple HPC locations is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in drafting and formatting documents with mixed media.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and Visio for document creation.
• Ability to apply error reduction techniques.
• Self-motivated, proactive team member.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit and proofread operational documents.
• Collate information from multiple sources into a single document.
• Create and edit pictures and diagrams.
• Use various software applications to present information.
• Coordinate with translator services.
• Ensure documents comply with writer's guide and QA checks.
