Job summary

Equans in Seaham seeks a Contract Delivery Manager to oversee repair and maintenance contracts across the region. You will manage client relationships, budgets and ensure contract obligations are met with high quality and safety standards.

You will lead a team of Supervisors and operatives, provide progress reports to senior management, and support bidding activities while contributing to strategic goals based on performance and market trends.

Qualifications

• NVQ or equivalent in Construction Management, Site Supervision or related field.
• SMSTS/CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of repair and maintenance contracts in the region.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients for clear alignment on goals and timelines.
• Manage project budgets to keep within financial constraints.
• Ensure contractual obligations are met with high quality, safety and client satisfaction.
• Lead and develop Contract Delivery Supervisors and site operatives.
• Provide regular reports on progress, financials, and issues to senior management.
• Support bidding and tendering processes when needed.
• Contribute to strategic goals based on contract performance and market trends.
