Job summary

AND Digital Limited is seeking a Contract Content Designer for a 6-week Crawley/Hybrid engagement. You will craft UX copy, establish robust tone of voice guidelines, and shape content across core product flows to deliver clear and accessible user experiences.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams, including product designers and brand strategists, translating brand personality into practical, scalable content patterns that support business goals and user needs.

• Verbal Identity & Frameworks: Consolidate existing brand language into robust, scalable tone of voice guidelines, editorial rules, and content style guides.
• Hands-on UX Writing: Craft intuitive, accessible UI microcopy, transactional messaging, error states, and navigational content across core user flows.
• Brand-to-Product Translation: Translate brand personality and positioning into practical, everyday design system components and product patterns.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Designers, Brand Strategists, and Product Managers to align tone and interface language with user needs and business goals.
