You will be part of the Global Compliance and Reporting Solutions (GCRS) team, which aims to assist multi-jurisdictional businesses in managing compliance requirements and risks. You’ll liaise with Grant Thornton UK and Grant Thornton International member firm personnel, ensuring our clients meet their compliance obligations and adhere to key SLAs. GCRS acts as an extension of the client’s central team, covering tax, accounting, and payroll matters.

About the Role

As a Global Compliance Administrator in Accounting and Tax Compliance within our GCRS team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a range of contract management duties to ensure a high-quality back-office support function
  • Monitoring compliance deadlines across multiple jurisdictions, managing the central dashboard for client portfolios
  • Supporting proposal compilation and administrative tasks for client delivery teams
  • Preparing documents for clients, ensuring timely delivery in line with SLAs
  • Collating global fee information and preparing proposal materials for new opportunities
  • Organizing and attending meetings, managing client queries, taking minutes, and following up on actions
  • Maintaining regular contact with key client personnel and building a network within Grant Thornton international and UK firms
  • Engaging with fast-growing clients, assisting with market expansion, and providing high-quality support for urgent matters
Candidate Profile: Knowing You’re Right for Us

The minimum criteria for the role of Global Compliance and Reporting Project Coordinator include:

  • Experience in a finance or compliance environment
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Ability to deliver quality work within deadlines

You should be confident and clear in your communication. While experience with PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook is preferred, we value your willingness to learn and develop these skills.

  • Strong visualization and typography skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of your workload
