Contract Coordinator Salary: Up to £27,500 (dependent on experience).

Your Key Responsibilities

• Onsite Management & Temporary Worker Welfare – Based at our client’s premises, you’ll oversee temporary workers, ensuring smooth payroll processing, resolving queries, and coaching/supporting performance.
• Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Candidate Selection & Placement – Identify, assess, and match temporary workers to client requirements.
• Delivering High-Quality Service – Uphold company values and maintain service excellence.
• Busy onsite – Part of an experienced onsite team. Time spent between local branch and onsite. Recruitment will be included in the role alongside onsite duties.
• Hours – Weekend flexibility. Working hours may vary, 9:30am - 6:30pm with a one-hour lunch break.
