Job summary

Conrad Consulting Ltd in Cardiff seeks an experienced Civil Engineer for a contract role. The initial 3-month assignment offers potential for a permanent position for the right person and focuses on drainage, SuDS and infrastructure design.

Applicants should be comfortable delivering high-quality drawings, liaising with clients and contractors, and working independently. Hybrid working is available; rate £33–£40/hour Outside IR35.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering civil engineering and infrastructure projects.
• Proficient in drainage and SuDS design.
• Ability to produce high-quality designs and drawings.
• Strong coordination with clients, contractors and stakeholders.
• Experience with MicroDrainage/InfoDrainage is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver civil and infrastructure project designs and drawings.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors and project stakeholders.
• Work on drainage, SuDS and related infrastructure schemes.
• Support potential progression to a permanent role for the right candidate.
